The Presbyterian Aged Care Mission Statement (our reason to exist) is:
To provide care and accommodation for older people, with a commitment to excellence inspired by the life and teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Values Statement (what we believe in) is:
We value the dignity and worth of every person created in God’s image
We care for and nurture the whole person – physical, social, emotional and spiritual
We serve others with love, kindness and respect
We acknowledge that each person is uniquely created and has different needs and choices
We act justly and fairly
We ensure equity of access to care and accommodation
We commit to caring for those in poverty or in need
We aim to provide care for consumers irrespective of gender, background, language, culture or race
We uphold honesty and ethical behaviour
We are responsible for the decisions we make and the actions that we take
We are good stewards of the resources that are entrusted to us
We are willing to acknowledge our mistakes and learn from them
We help others feel valued by modelling God’s love for them
